• Development of the Program of Wireless Electrical Transport in Ukraine "E-Mobility Ukraine", since 2017. Discuss and promote it at the Verkhovna Rada, The Cabinet of Ministers, Ministry Of Infrastructure Of Ukraine, Oschadbank, State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine, The State Finance Institution For Innovation etc. Design the concept and draft of this Program. Appeal from People`s Deputy to the Prime Minister of Ukraine on the development of an electric mobility program in Ukraine. Prime Minister's order to the Cabinet of Ministers. Negotiations with Chinese bus manufacturers.

• Negotiations with some Chinese investment infrastructure companies.

• Development of the Municipal Enterprise "Poltava Airport". Agreement of cooperation signed. Negotiations are underway.
